Ok.. so I have been so bad about inputing what I have eaten but tomorrow is a new day.  I promise to get control of this ship and get her sailing straight again. Oh my.. I threw out the rest of my sf cookies and cakes.. I have just been terrible today about them.. I have learned I cant have them around or I will eat them.  bad bad bad.. at least I didnt eat ice cream so maybe it was a fair trade.. hmmmm...  So I will tell you my day... Protein shake Protein bar... Turkey, yams and mash potatoes... opps.. tummy didnt like it... Cookies... i grazed on those darn things all day.  I ate 6 of them... I know I am bad.. bout 500 calories.. Dinner to bites of some protein.. hmmm... At least I found out that my cocoa wasnt as many calories as I thought.. didnt notice that was calories with milk.  I used ho****er.. yeah.. saved come cals there on that.. I figure I ate about 1400 calories from snacking and eating for the day.. not bad but not good food choices.. not enough protein at all.. and all that sf stuff has given me a really bad tummy ache and I am blowing my family out of the house right now with the smell.. opps tmi.. sorry. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and we are all moving to the new year on track with our goals, dreams and plans. So what is your new years resolution this year.  I got a bunch of gym equipment for christmas and plan to get back into a regular workout routine again.  The legs are doing much better so it's time to give it a go again. See you all tomorrow.. Carla

I did pretty good on xmas, myDH made a wonderful smoked turkey so I ate mostly that along with green bean cassarole (my favorite ), I know it wasnt the best choice but now its gone. We built a new house this year so of course xmas was here and everyone brought all kinds of goodies,(none sure free of course). Today is a new day so having a protein shake and getting on the treadmill.  Its the grazing that really got me this year. Im doing the 5dpt after new years so hopefully will get it under control. Oh I LOVE smoked turkey.  And the good thing is that it is protein! I'm going to be joining you in the New Year on a modified version of the 5 day plan.  I am going to do the liquids part and see from there.  I certainly need to get back on track after all the crazy eating I've been doing over christmas!!  I'm hoping that I haven't gained too much and that it has taken my body out of starvation mode so will lose quickly when I do reduce and eat right!

Hi Carla glad to hear your legs are getting better and that you are able to start exercising again.  Just remember you will need to up your calorie in take or you might start losing again.

Hope you had a wonderful holiday.  Yes the legs are doing better and I plan to get back into the swing of my exercise program.  I reduced my calories when i stopped exercising and plan to increase them when I get back into exercising.  It's all a numbers game to stay above 120 for me now, but hey, I love that problem as apposed to the past. Stay well and have a great time in Texas.  Carla

I did alright yesterday. But oh the chili caused some pretty painful gas.  Breakfast: Oat Bran Cereal made with soy milk Snack: 2 pc of Russell Stovers Candy Lunch: 2 cups of buffalo chili with a slice of cheese and a dab (1/8 cup) sour cream Dinner: 2.5 oz of Roast Beef (it was horrible. I had measured out 4 oz but couldn't even eat it. So I warmed up left over turkey and at 2.5 oz of that too) and 1/8 cup of mashed potatoes that was with the turkey.  My totals are low because I didn't include the bit of gravy with the potatoes, oh well.  Calories: 1312 Fat: 47 Carbs: 120 Protein: 114
