Well cookies got in the house and I just had to eat them.. but no more.. they are gone and I have warned the world not to bring them in.  Not a great day for me.  I ate some pizza and it didnt set well so I spent the rest of the day with a tummy ache and took it easy on the food trail.   How was you'lls day.  This was mine.

Snacking is a problem lately. Once the christmas goodies are gone, though. I'm sure I can steel myself to keep them out of the house. At least the ones I'm giving in to are the sugar free ones.  Breakfast: Oat Bran cereal made with soy milk.  Second Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2/3 cup of hash browns and a piece of wheat toast (this was a first for me in nearly 18 months but I guess since it was wheat toast, I was okay.  Snack: Protein Bar, 10 gr protein Snack: 3 pc SF Chocolate Dinner: 5 oz lean burger pattie w/swiss cheese, thousand island dressing for dipping Dessert: 1 cheese stick and 1 4 oz cup Dannon Yogurt Totals: Calories: 1684 Fat:86 Carbs: 142 Protein: 103 I did alot of shopping yesterday and moving around in the morning. Not so much in the afternoon. I was watching to see if the carbs would effect me from that second breakfast but I guess moving around helped on that. We hit four stores for the after Christmas sales.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I truely feel you on the snacking, but u can afford it.  I am glad you had fun.  Did you find any good sailes going on.  I was home all day taking down xmas decorations.  took the whole day of course..lol..  good protein too.. keep up the good work. Carla

I was really blessed no nasty snacking for me... But then pre-op cookies and candies around the holidays never interested me... Sure glad it stayed that way... Was a good day of shopping for us, took in 5 rolls of film that I had no idea what they were of, so was fun to see those developed.  Gosh some were 8 years old... Lol B= 2 eggs 2 cheese 28g protein S= Protein Bar 15g protein L= 3 cheese sticks 21g protein 1 bite of jerky S= Protein bar 15g protein (that walking so much wears ya out lol) D= 8oz piece  of prime rib, no fat, just pure heavenly meat... YUM 53 g protein H2O= 198 hmmm was pretty thirsty walking so much...  Protein 132 Huggs Debbiie

I dont eat cookies and such either but for some reason they keep finding their way in my mouth..   I have always been a chocolohic though.. hehehee.. good protein day for you.. as always. Bet it is weird seeing pics from back than and seeing how you are now. Carla

Finds their way to your mouth, now that is FUNNY !!! Nasty little buggers huh.... Yeah it is sometimes strange seeing me before, especially my tummy since it was 69 inches and now it is 42 so its a huge difference there...  I hope ya evicted them buggers !!! See ya later kiddo Huggs Debbiie

So glad the holidays are over!!!!  Food wise at least...Here was my day: B: Protein Smoothie L: 1/2 turkey wrap / 1 cup navy bean soup S: 1/2 turkey wrap D: 2 oz turkey / 2 oz ham / 2 oz cheese / 1/8 cup corn       2 glasses of red wine Totals:  Cal: 971                Carb:  66           Fat: 24           Protein: 96 Drank all my water, took my vitamins and went to the gym.  No New Year's Resolution for me...it is a Wednesday Resolution!
