Protein Shakes, Bars, Snacks..I need ideas!

When in doubt, I eat part of a chicken breast of a slice of Swiss cheese. I don't do shakes at all and only eat protein bars when I'm on the go. I like the EAS CarbAdvantage bars for that.  I drink the heck out of water all day long.

Arent the protein bars high in fat? Thats w here I get confused, most of them are high in fat and carbs. Is high protein the only thing to look at?
