Accountability... what did you eat Thursday
LOL.... I feel your pain. Most of my snacks come at night too... I know it's bad.. I hope to change that someday very soon as well. Its good that the choices are healthy for the most part. I have discovered if I eat denser fooods during the day I dont graze as much. I think hunger catches up with us when we are so careful in the daytime. Just my humble opinion.

Another day that included a trip to the buffet. Shopping and allergy doctor visit..Lots of activity cuz we got released from the court deal. Now I have to run all over to get stuff started for the wedding and reception in October..I'm already tired!
Breakfast: Oat Bran cereal with soy milk and banana
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch (multiple snacks): 11 med/large shrimp, 1 raw mussel, 3 cooked mussels, chicken stick (1 oz), 1 cup wonton soup, 3 oz honeydew melon, 1/8 cup mango (yum), 1/8 cup coleslaw. {yes, Im writing it all down as I eat it so I don't forget before I have a chance to put it in fitday}
Snack: 2 SF Fudge cookies
Dinner: Homemade meatloaf and 1/4 cup of frozen peas
