day 3 of 5 day pouch
Hey all!
I know what it's like to blow it
...I did too yesterday at the office. I have been trying to do a variation of the 5dpt due to money issues (we are loosing our house in foreclosure) any way I was on day 3 of the 5dpt and found I had put on 2 lbs in 2 days! Not that it was a bad thing but after reading the other posters with their wt loss rather than wt gain it was very discouraging to me plus I have 2 teenage daughters and one of them has gotten herself into some serious life changing trouble
so I was stressed...weeellll...I ate a Burger King Whopper no bun but had onions and mayo on it and my tuna salad that I had made earlier in the A.M. for lunch. Then as a snack I had a LG hand full of Chili's chips and salsa. Buuuttt my pouch wouldn't allow me to eat much of the chips and salsa and after that benge I felt poorly which made me feel worse. I came home and ate cheese and crackers, tuna salad, and had "puppy chow" for desert not snack. I did try to get on the band wagon by the end of the night and I had 1 C of ch. protein drink.
In other words don't feel bad for falling off the band wagon but get back on ASAP! I am going to begin again on Monday with the 5dpt and keep on trucking in the mean time making wiser & healthier choices.
