So, I am actually on day 4 of the 5 DPT but the first 2 days of liquids only went so well and I wasn't misserable at all that I am actually still on the liquid phase. I figured this is what I did for 2 weeks in the begining to detox my body it is O.K. now too. Now, I am not going to do it for 2 weeks, but I thought maybe finish liquids on Friday and then the next week go to soft stage for a week and week 3 go to more solid proteins. Kinda of start all over again, ya know!!! I am not doing this because I have gained some of my weight back, I am doing it because I just couldn't seem to get the scales to move for about 3-4 months now, and I have about 20 more pounds I would like to come off!!! So as of today I have lost 5 pounds and I feel great and very determined, this has put me back in the mindset that I was early out!!! I LOVE my RNY!!!!! Your pouch will not fail you just use it as it was intended!!!           So, tell me how all of you guys are doing??? Do you have any tips for me??? I know some of you further out graduates can fill me with tons of knowledge!!!! Please share all of your experiences, good and bad!! And GOOD LUCK to everyone on this awsome journey!!! Terri

Okay, So I decided to start this yesterday.  My problem is I lose one week out of the month now.  3 weeks of nothing then the week of my TOM I lose like 5-10 pounds.   Last month 5.  So I am frustrated and want to get under 200 so bad.  I am starting to feel like the biggest person in the OH room again. I digress... So I made the lentil soup recipe on the 5DPT website, minus the cury but it is YUMMO.  Yesterday I had my protein shake for BF and soup for lunch and dinner.  My only deviation was I did have a light yogurt later in the evening for a snack (have no SF jello in the house right now).  I will have to go to the store at lunch today. I am trying to de-sugar myself.  I can tolorate some sugar, too much and I get mild dumping.  But, I have learned how to space it out to get it in and I need to quit this quickly.  No candy in the house, holidays are over! We'll see how this goes.
