Sorry I did not post yesterday, but I am here and going strong. I am so hyped over this and I feel great. I did experience diarrea on Monday and and last night. I have not got on the scale, I am waiting until my next weigh in day. I feel lighter though. Yesterday I got in a whopping 121 grams of PROTEIN. SO here are the stats..

FAT 9.5
CARBS 70
I feel great and I am looking forward to eating some tuna today. I think for the most part, I am going to continue with a lot of the liquids/soup. They are satisfying. I hope everyone is hanging in there!!!!
Oh yeah, I hit the health club and did 20 minutes on the treadmill targeting at Fat Burning Zone and I did some weight machines and 50 situps!

Bridget, Do you have the recipe for your broccoli cheese squares? Sounds yummy. I'm feeling better today, but isnt it amazing how crappy you feel when you first cut out the carbs! I had a fabulous lunch, grilled salmon and steamed veggies - but I LOVE all fish. Good luck and hang in there! We can do it!!
