Hi Becky, Here is the recipe for the broccoli cheese squares: 2tbsp. butter softened (used to coat the pan) 3eggs 2pkgs of frozen chopped broccoli - I always use fresh because I'm spoiled and don't like those green "trunks"!  1cup milk 1cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 4 cups cheese - I use extra sharp /sharp sometimes cheddar. Cook the broccoli/ chop wisk eggs until frothy, add milk, mix then add flour/baking powder mix, add in broccoli and cheese, the mixture will now be thick Coat a 10x13 pan with butter then spread mixture into pan. bake at 350 for approx. 35min or until top begins to turn golden brown earlier this week I had trasposed the amt for the butter with the amount for the flour, so a cup is more substancial but there is a good amount of protien in the flour as well and since I cut the pan into 20 squares it seemed doable to me. In fact I just enjoyed one for my morning snack! Also they are good to freeze individually and then warm in the micro. so it's a quick, easy, good choice for a meal for me.  Good luck and enjoy!

I am doing well too....nights are tough for me, but that is nothing new. I was up a pound today, not sure why, maybe pms?   I have been getting the protein in, but the water part is hard, always has been.  I will keep trying! Hugs to all of you! Cindy 310/160/150 high/now/goal
