Mike: You are not alone!! The further out we get, the more we can tolerate and eat! Alot of people on here have been doing a 5 day pouch test. The first two days are protein shakes, sf jello, sf pudding, and cream soups. Drink as much water as you can. The next three days are proteins soft then solid. you should be able to look back on the posts and find the link with the specifics. It is very hard to get back on track!! I have gained about 20 lbs from my lowest, and have been eating everything and anything!! I have been doing the 5dpt for two days. I haven't been perfect but am doing much better than I was before I started. I am down 3 lbs already! Up your exercise, water, and protein. watch those carbs!! Try to eat as you did in the early days post op! It isn't easy, but hang in there!! Remember how things were presurgery, remind yourself of it when the cravings start!! Good luck and hang in there!!!
