Accountability Wednesday - What did you munch on?
Not too bad of day, wish I was feeling back to normal though, not sleeping too well either. Every night since surgery I have been waking up in pain and have muscle spasms. My leg hasn't been straight in so many years, it's muscles are rebelling terribly now that it is straight.

I am editing to add one more serving of beef jerkey, I wanted to up the protein!!!
Gotta love dr ali. very quite man but knows what he's doing. Seems low on the calories and protein. carbs and fat are great. remember not to put yourself into starvation mode. How much exercising do you do. Remember you gotta add more cals if you are working out. I know I platued for a while and when I increased my calories I started loosing again. I know I dont hit it enough but try for 1200 a day. keep up the good job.. you are doing great and welcome aboard.
