Stopped loosing weight need help
Hello everyone,
I'm 15 months out I'm down 130 pounds but for the last 6 months I haven't lost one pound or inch.. I need to lose 50 more pounds to reach my goal what am I doing wrong. I get 100 grams of protein per day I drink 75.9 ounces of fluids per day no diets or sugary fluids it's called fullfill, or just plain water. and I do have 8 ounces of skin milk.I don't eat more than 1200 calories.. Help I'm stuck in limbo
I'm 13 months out and since about month six I go througha month of no loss and then the days after my TOM I drop 5-10 pounds. I have tried EVERYTHING! Exercise more, exercise less, up my protein, up my fluids, back to basics (liquids only), etc.
My body is just not going to let go until it wants to. Sucks but I have learned to live with it.

Wish I had advice for you...I do empathize!
Hmmm, what's your workout routine?? Just wondering b/c if you've got a good routine going you may actually need to up your calories a bit to jumpstart a loss. It seems like everyone's requirements are so different on this so it takes alot of trial and error to find that right caloric range for your body.
It sounds like your eating plan is right on track so keep up the good work!!!
