Day 4 and going strong!
Good Morning Ladies,
Just checking in to let you know I'm still going strong on day 4! I snuck a peek at the scales this am and I am down 6lbs! - Go me...Go me...!!! I am looking forward to trying the salsbury steak recipe from the test website for dinner tonight and have continued with soft protein for lunch and snacks for today. I spent some time with my calorie king book last night trying to figure out where I can up my protien. to get into that 100g range. I am excited that I have no committments with my children tonight. (first time all week) and I have decided to stop back into the gym today - I saw a sign that said "$25 Month" and I had previously thought, boy I don't want to spend that much but then I had a little "set down" with myself and figured out the amount of $ I have recently been spending on Mountain Dew everyday ($4.00) and realized what a better choice spending the money on the gym membership will be! So it's back to water aerobics for me! I hope it gives me some renewed energy because I have been sooooo tired this week. I knew it was going to be tough but I just want to sleep and sleep.
