Accountability... what did you eat Thursday
I felt more in control today, much less emotional, but no exercise so I'm still trying to get back in the game!
B- 1/2 boiled egg and yogurt
S- lite string cheese
L- Beef & broccoli w/ homemade fried rice (it's finally gone!)
S- Hershey's milk chocolate bar w/ almonds
D- Lasagna and green salad w/ french dressing
S- 3/4c Cream of Wheat
1438 cals, 68g fat, 144g carbs, 66g protein, 16.5g fiber
At least 48ozs of water...I lost count!

Well.. protein low... could use more there... although it sounds wonderful.. glad your rice is gone..lol.. lots of carbs here i see and at least you got protein in the almonds in the chocolate bar. You are getting... It getting back to basics that are sometimes the hardest thing to do...

Not the best day, since I haven't been cleared to drive yet I have to depend on Dh for the shopping and he needs to do that soon, running out of my ususal protien foods, only carbs in the house. Getting board and a little depressed at not getting out of the house. Hope tomorrow he can take me out so I can do a little shopping for some necessary items.
