I hit 124 this week because of bad eating but changed it up on Tuesday and I can see the results of my efforts.
Maintaining now for almost 4 months..... yeah.

Today: 132.6
I am maintaining for now but also doing a lot of strength training so its hard to say if the scale would be going down otherwise. Also restarted nuvaring. Time will tell. Lots of changes in my body right now.

Last week: 153 This week: 153 I would have hoped to see a loss, but I didn't gain so that's a great thing. I know I'm retaining a bit, but I'm also going to seriously cut my carbs to get things moving along. I eat good carbs mostly, but I'll have to ease up on the bananas and rice. I don't have a magic number, but I'm gonna shoot for <100g/day and see how that goes. I'll probably update this tomorrow if the scale moves by then!
I am just joining you guys (Ok I'm from Texas I would really say y'all). My RNY doctor told me to stop loosing weight. I started at 358 and this morning I weighed 173 - I've been fluctuating between 172-174 for the last couple of weeks. I'd really like to loose to 155 or so but hate to not do what the doctor says - particularly since he has been right thus far but heck my BMI is still in the overweight zone! Either way I need to clean up my eating so I am going to begin journaling it again. I'll be checking in on the accountability thread too.
