Friday weigh in
Well welcome aboard. I would never argue with my doctor either so when she told me to stop at 150 I said sure... shhh I am at 120 and never felt better. She sees me now and say I look great but.... DONT LOOSE NO MORE... ok.. i have maintained for a while now. Do what feels best to you. if you go down lower and dont like the way it feels go back up. you are the one that knows yourself best. You may also have some excessive skin that might be why is said stop, but I have notice a lot of them want you to stop right before that dreaded overweight stigma is gone.
Welcome aboard to the accountability thread... there are some great people there who are in all different places of their journey. So come on in and join in.. we'd love to have you.

Well it has been a long time since I''ve been to the forums. I am 6 years out and have found old habits returning. My weight has creeped back up to 199 and now I need a kick in the but to get myself back in gear. Started to supplement one meal with the ever "tasty" protien shake and have cut the carbs and all snacking. I am taking my iron, prenatet and calcium well. I called the Bariatric program and they will be mailing me some back on track info. I will probebly try to check here on the forums and check in so I hope my posts don't bug you guys, it will help me be accountable to something other then myself.

Hi Dana. 6 years is a long time and you have done great. Just get back to those basics. Join us on the accountability board and get back on track. This board is a great place to be for the graduates as we are all in different stages of the journey, but we are all here for support.
I know we will see that number going down soon cause you are the captain of your own ship and you control your destiny.
