I'm back!
Hey everyone. I am back from my Chistmas break and my ordination. It actually happened! It was a lot of fun to see my family and friends on such an important day.
My eating was quite good over break if I do say so myself. We put 3000 miles on the car so you can imagine that we were eating on the run a lot. I discovered gas stations that have good food and great coffee. I packed bars and shake powder as well. I managed to make it through having fast food only once: two beef supreme soft tacos at Taco Bell. My mom (who used to tear me apart about my wieight and overeating) kept making comments that I didn't eat enough in a day. I tried to explain to her, without getting angry, that I may not eat what she does nor the same quantity, butI track my food and have just the right amount of nutrients. I just figure that my weight was always a part who she thought I was that it still is, just in the reverse direction!
I have a question for you all about urinating. I have been having touble starting to go and it takes forever to get it all out. I spend more time in the bathroom than my husband does these days. I can tell that my bladder is quite full, but it doesn't want to come out. Does this happen to anyone else
Rachael
I don't have the signs of a bladder infection. I used to get them all the time as a kid. However, I searched the Q&A up top and it seems others have had this problem (not many) and that their PCP or whomever they went to attributed it to quick weightloss having something to do with how our fat used to press on the bladder. I don't know, seems like that would be the reverse for me!
thanks
Rachael
