Hi Kathy,
Where the he!! to you find the time? It's been enough for me to do my measly workout, about an hour, 5x a week. You are a workout fiend!
Took a vacation day today but I really busted it.
2 loads of laundry, took all the decorations of the tree and stored everything in the basement (so that counts as a stairmaster LOL), vacuumed and shoveled the driveway.
Then went to the health club, 10 min on the ellipitcal, 25 forest walk on the treadmill, did some arms, the roman chair and back work.
To any newbies, pre ops; I wish I would have had a workout plan in place early on. Kathy is right. I am 3yrs post op and this last month and 1/2 has been one of THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES I've had during this journey. (I'm 3+yrs post op). This last 50lbs is going to be the death (or life!) of me!
