I'm just curious. I saw the WLS Graduates board, but I have never been there.
Do you consider yourself a graduate after a certain amount of time?
Do you consider yourself a graduate when you reach goal?
Given how long it has been since I had by band place, I can eat dang near anything, provided I eat SLOWLY, take SMALL bites, and chew the crap out of it. Sure, I try not to, I still try and eat my protein first and all that, but, does that make me a graduate?
I had lost 102 lbs. as on 12/24, but have been bouncing around the 220's ever since.

Graduates are usually more than 1 year post op. Don't let the word graduate fool you. It does not mean you are done! This is just the beginning of the rest of your life. I like to use the word veterans rather than graduates. As veterans we have experience. Some veterans have reached goal and some have not. Either way the journey is just on to another phase. We will always have to practice good WLS habits in order to either continue losing or to maintain our loss. Keep up the good work.
I do run a support group strictly for veterans. We meet in Hollywood. Fl. I now have a Group on the OH website. You are welcome to join in. The group name is WLS Veterans Support Group.
Best of luck on your Journey
