Well the only good thing I can say about today is I posted and am being accountable for what I have eaten today, other than that ............. I need to get back into my routine and out of this house and back on track. I hope I feel better soon so I can start exercising again.

All I can do is smile at your post and input today.  you got your salad in I see.. the candy bar and chips hmm... not like you at all.  Hope you get that ship sailing right again.  At least I am not saying as always .. like I use too.. It will be ok.. just need those knees to get better. Carla
