Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday

Pretty decent day food wise, but my water intake is a serious challenge...between that and the carbs, and don't know what to expect this week.  I know I need at least 64oz/day, but since I'm back to work, I'm barely managing 32ozs! B- Egg beaters w/turkey ham, mushrooms, & cheese S- lite cheese stick L- 3oz steak and garlic potatoes S- Dannon All-Natural Blueberry yogurt  D- Pot Roast w/ gravy, green beans, and corn S- 1/4c Super Meaty & Heaty Chili 1314cals, 41g fat, 139g carbs, 98g protein, 10g fiber 32ozs water

That is not enough water.  Can you keep some around to sip on during the day.  Some jobs wont let you I know, but maybe a special consideration can be made since it is a medical issue.   As far as your food for the day... bravo :clap: very nice day.  need tha****er to keep it moving along regularly though. Now go get some water and sip sip sip Carla

I keep a 32oz water bottle on my desk...problem is, I teach and I'm up and about, talking, yadda, yadda, yadda and before I know it, it's time to STOP drinking for a snack/lunch.  I'm thinking about just guzzling it as opposed to sipping throughout the day because it's just not working out right now.

Yesterday was day 2 of the 5dpt .  I did pretty good.  I ate less soup then I did the day before.  I am most of the way through day 3 and have done asesome today!  Yesterday I joined a Step aerobics Class,  I walked Monday and today and I throw in 1/2 mile run.  So today I walked 1 mile then the next mile I ran every other lap.  I hope to work up to running the whole time!  Baby steps though.  Here was yestedays food.

I wont tell if you dont tell.. lol.. your days are look like you are getting back to normal.  I see that muffin there.. whoo hoo..  thats the kind of menu I am use to seeing... You are doing great. Carla
