I think stuffing turns into a ball in your tummy.  I cant do it either.. i feel the same about bread.  I always feel like it doughs up and just hangs out in there. Very good numbers for you and I love the choices.  You are so busy all the time.. I just wonder how you do it.  I get up at 430 every morning myself and rarely go to bed before 1030 so I know what those long days are all about.  I work 4-10s at work so its worth it to have that day off on fridays away from the kids so I can get stuff done. Havent heard you say the scale is slipping down lately so maybe you have found the magic numbers to maintain you weight now. Carla

Take a deep breath... now.. make a plan and stick to it.  Get yourself back to the basics and find what is working for you.  You can do it.  It will go down if you grab that helm and stear that ship to clear waters.. Carla

The first part of the week (Monday) it actually climbed up over 120.0 and that had me concerned that I was eating too much bread or something. I know the  calories seem pretty high compared to everyone else's counts, cuz I watch them and see they're struggling to lose pounds and consuming half of what I consume. I figure it's just a matter of time before that scale stops lying to me and jumps up 5-10 pounds. But this morning I breathed a sigh of relief. I was 117.8.. the 120 didn't stop me from eating over 1500 calories or anything, I was just holding my breath.

Now see how you are.. you want to stay above 120 and you get there and freak out..lol.. Since you dont really work out and are just a busy bee you can go that low without worry.  If you were working out trying to get muscle it would be another story.  Your body knows whats best for you and it will land where it lands.  I went through the same thing last week I hit 124 and immediately changed my eating.  I am worried about bounce back just like you.   It's an amazing journey and a learning process all the time.
