Help!, lol I'm PMSing today and wanting chocolate sooo very bad, had one single dark chocolate and still wanting....just ate almonds and will wait a few to push more water......I hope I don't struggle to much this weekend.

This is my 4th day on the 5dpt and things went well.  I have worked out every day and am feeling very good.  Olans for the weekend are never written in stone.   I need to clean house and laundry.  Its snowing here in Montana so I hate getting cold.  I hope to walk again tommorow but I have to drive 35 miles to the indoor track I use.  I will either walk at the track or take out my Pilates DVD and try it out,  i have had it for months and it hasn't helped me a bit,  however I think you are supposed to remove the plastic and actually watch the DVD AND do the activities for it do make a difference.  My numbers were pretty low but I felt good and full probebly could have done a shake but didn't.  Here they are:

I borrowed Pilates for Weight Loss for Dummies from my local library and it is fantastic...I really feel like I worked out without jumping all around like a fool at 5 in the morning!  I think you'll enjoy it!

Where is Elmo, MT? I have a BIL in Wolfe Point. Also, mDH and I dream of moving to the Gardiner area and opening up a bar with my southern cookin'. :smile:

Elmo Is in Northwest Montana on the Flathead Indian Reservation.   I am a Tribal Member.  You will notice that most of the meat I eat is either elk, deer or Moose.  I only eat beef when we are not getting much game.  I checked the numbers and what I eat is much better then beef.  What does BIL mean?  My guess is Brother In Law. I would eat at your place!

yes it is low but to be expected on the 5dpt.  a protein shake would have been a good addition.  Very good day for you.  Pilates is hard work.  I watched it a few times and thought.. what can you get from that but I finally gave it a try and it kille me.  Give it a try I felt so good after I did it and it really works those core muscles... I am happy that you start this thread, it's awesome.  Breakfast:  Protein shake Lunch:  Can o' salmon in water Dinner:  93% lean beef burger with slice of FF cheese Later:  few slices of london broil, which I yaked up  then took a few bites of SF FF pudding which tasted like chemicals

I think I'm going to have a shake at night to quench that hunger between 6 and 11 or maybe a bar?
