I am almost 5 years out and this is the VERY FIRST gain I have EVER HAD. I am sooooo disappointed in myself.
Congratulations on choosing to face this...
I agree that you know what to do.
www.fitday.com and www.sparkpeople.com are both good sites to help record food and exercise and motivate yourself.
Good luck!!

For real, 14.5 is not much although it seems a lot to you.
And in no way am I trying to minimize your concern what so ever !
Just shift your thinking to more positive....you could have gained a lot more believe me !
So, this is a good thing. Stop gaining there & try to re-focus on the rules again.
I'm 5 years out too & have re-gained a lot more than you :(
I know, I'm disappointed too. Remember, it could be worse...just don't let it.
Good luck sweetie.
My doctor put me on a new medicine I'm up 8 pounds. The documentation on the drug says 20 to 40#'s. Over my dead body. I am 3 years out and this is my first weight gain. I watched the scale go up a pound everyday. I am running almost 5 miles in an hour at the gym 5 days a week and really watching what I eat. The drug stops my bad daily headaches but I can't stand the weight gain. I want to keep taking the drug because I feel better so that means start working harder to get the gain off.
