Gee wiz Carla, where do you get all that energy? It is good that you got your snacks in.

Here was my day.
Physical therapy...., furnace repair... washed floor and cleaned bathroom and cooked dinner. Doesn't come close to yours. I am tired just reading about what you got accomplished.

Well having to do all you did with the bum knees doesnt make your day any easier than mine.  You got a lot done yourself.  I like seeing you getting control of that ship again.  You are really starting to fall back into your rhythm again. Carla

 I eat every 3 hours or so (5-6 meals a day) because of hypoglycemia, so that's why all the "snacks".  Went a little overboard on the Starbucks today.  That's what happens when I get my carcass out of bed at 5 am.  Yuck!
