Naked or Clothed!??
Dear Lord is there anyother way??????????? NAKKKKID FOR SURE!!!!!!!!! 1st thing in the morning after morning bathroom visit before my shower , before anything to drink, before vitamins. Get rid of as much as I can and put nothing in then jump on them as fast as I can before I absorb any air and weigh a few ounces more!!!!!!!! LOL But I do have to say I love my RNY and only have about 18-19 pounds left to goal!!!!!!!
Of course naked... after shaving legs, bikini line and pits... removing wax from ears... remove lint from belly button... trimming toe nails... trimming and filing fingernails... and exfoliating my skin with a scrub.
This all coming from a woman that weighed her individual clothing pieces INCLUDING underwear on my food scale to decide what weighed the least before going to a Weigh****cher weigh-in.
