I am surprised to see the EXACT same amount of protein as yesterday.  Interesting.  But...pretty good day over all.  I tried a recipe from my new WLS cookbook.  It's for french toast made with low carb bread and eggs and sugar free syrup.  It was a lovely change.   Rachael

Have you tried the one with pork skins.. it taste ok but the fat in it makes me sick so I cant do them.  Havent seen the low cal bread on.. interesting. You had a good day and seem to be doing well daily right now.. keep up the good work.. Hope school is going well for you.   Carla

Here was yesterday's food.  I even bypassed the pasta and just ate the ymmy home made meat sauce.  I did have the Garlic toast though,, I made a decision and I dont think it was a bad one.  I hope you puter gets well soon!

It need some surgery i am affraid.. new motherboard, new hard drive and new video card.  It's time to upgrade it anyway.  I do that about every three years just to keep things up to date.  so i will just upgrade the whole darn thing to make my life easier.. been having trouble with some of my higher end programs lately so i know its time to upgrade.   Whoo hoo.. nice numbers you..  you are doing great.  wow on the garlic toast.. it is amazing how many calories are in something like that and I used to eat the whole thing by myself.  what a wake up call tracking your food can be. see ya tomorrow Carla

Good day today. After PT I went to bed bath and beyond and got six new sets of bath towels and a bath mat.
Then went grocery shopping. It was a nice sunny day and felt good geting out of the house.
