It need some surgery i am affraid.. new motherboard, new hard drive and new video card. It's time to upgrade it anyway. I do that about every three years just to keep things up to date. so i will just upgrade the whole darn thing to make my life easier.. been having trouble with some of my higher end programs lately so i know its time to upgrade.
Whoo hoo.. nice numbers you.. you are doing great. wow on the garlic toast.. it is amazing how many calories are in something like that and I used to eat the whole thing by myself. what a wake up call tracking your food can be.

Good day today. After PT I went to bed bath and beyond and got six new sets of bath towels and a bath mat.
Then went grocery shopping. It was a nice sunny day and felt good geting out of the house.
