Well Kathy S., Charlie, and the rest of the girls set sail yesterday. Bon Voyage to them.
I'm filling in. LOL and it's making me accountable to moving my toosh this week. I think Kathy S. had a plan when she asked me.
So what are those left behind doing for MOVEMENT today?
I'm heading out early this morning for a walk. I know I am blessed to have the weather to do this and I feel for those of you in the deep freeze right now. Stay warm & safe.

You know I've never seen it like that before. What a positive way to view exercising. I've been seeing it as something to add and 'fit in' to the day, which usually comes at the end, so I'm tired and worn out before I even start to exercise.
Next week I'm going to try and join you in exercising at 5.30am at the start of my day. Thanks

When I started this---about 5 months ago--I made myself commit to do it for two weeks. Before the first week was over, I knew it was the answer for me.
It's sort of like the financial principle of "pay yourself first" to me. It the first thing I do everyday, and it is for me--not my spouse, not my children, not my job.
I've never put myself first before--and it isn't easy--many days I struggle, but it is important to me--and symbolic of the chnges going on with me.
I always manage to talk myself into doing it. I haven't ever in 5 months given in--and when I went after work--I gave in more than half the time--and didn't go.
