Not sure of your totals for the day.. I see you added some more dense proteins.. that will help alot.  Keep experimenting with it and you will find the plan and foods that work for you with your schedule.  Good day from what I can see.  I would like to know the carb count and protein count

I'm in the process of trying to get back on track and so far feel I've done well this week.  I'm down 3 lbs since Monday, so I'm guessing that's a good thing.  Amazing what eliminating a bunch of carbs and fat will do! B: Coffee w/ creamer--61---2---9---0 L: Venison loin with merlot sauce and onions(6 oz.) w/ mushrooms--452---7---18---57 D: Taco salad w/ lettuce, venison burger, cheddar cheese, ff sour cream, razzy lime salsa, black olives and banana peppers--330---12---17---40 Advant Edge Protein Shake--100---3---3---15 Caribou Coffee Northern lites latte--120---1---17---12 Totals: Calories: 976 Fat: 23 Carbs: 64 Protein: 126 Didn't think it was too bad for getting back to basics (except for the caffeine of course).  Some things won't be going away, lol... Lisa, your numbers look excellent IMO......I have to agree me and caffiene NEED each other, lol, I do try  make some of my coffee consumption decaf.

Welcome aboard.  Yes you did very well at getting back to basics... love the numbers.  You may want to try and raise the calories a bit so you dont go into starvation mode.  Everytime I raised mine I noticed I would loose weight.  You can do it... you have been there before and you can do it again.  As captain of your ship you control you destiny.  you are not that far from getting back to your goal.. stick with the basics and it will all happen for you. Bad day yesterday - jeeze, I seem to be saying that a lot lately.  I just could not eat much.  I didn't even get in a protein drink which I NEEDED.  My belly hurt all day yesterday and I felt like I had a touch of a bug - in fact, I feel a little worse today and can't imagine eating now.   B - 2 eggs over easy, 1 slice Trader Joe's Complete Protein bread, 1 tsp margarine L - SlimFast Low Carb shake D - chicken Taco Soup  (good stuff!) with 1 tsp sour cream, 1 oz cheddar cheese and 4 Tostidos chips that was IT!  NOt nearly enough.... Totals:     844 cals,   39 fat,   49 carb,   72 protein

I am sorry you are feeling under the weather.  I hope you start feeling better real soon.  It's that time of year and those bugs can get you.  Yes you had a very low day.  Try to add more shakes if you can just to keep the protein and cals up.  I know it can be tough but you can do it.. and just to mention you have been having great days lately.  one bad day doesnt mean you forget about how well you have been doing.. Okay. The start of a three day weekend, payday and we're going to a barbeque tomorrow...Big plans.  Breakfast: Malto meal, soy protein powder, wheat germ, dried strawberries and soy milk. And 2 cups of coffee (I counted the strawberries like raisins cuz they dont' have that on fitday. Snack: 1 cheese stick, 1 medium tangerine and 1 home baked protein bar Lunch: Tina's burrito (last one, found it deep in the freezer) plus refried beans, ground beef with veggies and salsa Snack: Turkey deli meat 2 oz, Ham deli meat 2 oz (these were left over sandwich pieces from a meeting the office had. I threw out the crousant pieces and just ate the filling) Late snack (4 pm) 3 oz raw baby carrots and 1/8 cup onion dip from FF Sour Cream Dinner: Chicken 3/4 of a cup of chopped fried in  a dab of EVOO and left over Fried Rice from the restaurant we ate at and a can of mixed veggies added in for color. I ate A LOT of this Dessert: Wine Cooler sipped over about a 2 hour period. Sure helped me sleep and added to the calories (not that much).  Totals: Calories: 1868 Fat: 46 Carbs: 223 (ouch-Tina's KILLIN me, that burrito was 48 grams of carbs by itself) Protein: 131
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

OMG I used to eat those 3 at a time and sometimes 4.  I read them after wls (of course) and almost feel over.. what i use to put into my self.. no wonder I was obese.  Other than the carbs..lol.. you had a good day and you can afford those carbs to keep you from loosing weight so dont fret it to much...  Sounds like you have a great weekend planned.  have a good one and I will see you tomorrow. Good morning Bronwen, If you have a public view of your fitday, could you share it with me?  I don't quite understand how to read your posts?  calories 5039? and total Absorbed 2025?  I am just curious.  What is DS math. I notice you like mochas too.  I start every day with a 24 ounce sf cherry mocha with 4 shots of espresso w skim milk.
