Well I am proud of myself i am making progress.
Today I had at least 8 cups of decaf fluids
Breakfast
protein drink
Snack
20 grapes
10 almonds
Lunch none
snack baked doritoes
Dinner
1 rib
6 pita chips with cheese dip
1/2 heath bar
strengths
smaller portions
go****er in
weaknesses still had chocolate
skipped a meal
feelings
busy, so food wasn't my focus
tend to eat at my moms house. It's like mom=food

Looks like you started off really great...then I dunno what happened??? LOL
Is this all you eat? Really? (I skipped a meal yesterday and gained 2 lbs!)

Anita, I know Chcolate is my satan!!!!!!!!! I mean really, i should have never taken that first bite. Anyone reading this please remember that.
Anita, I posted Mondays meal under what did you eat post, I believe and i have about 1400 calories and burned 720 in exercise and I am up 1.6 lbs today..... My body has a mind of it's own!
i am going to keep tracking, printing and then go see a dietician so he/she can explain this craziness to me.
