OK, I think the issue with not being able to post to threads is fixed I am so depressed today....  I have not been able to go to the gym and or class for days due to the bad weather.  It really does effect how I feel.  That being said, I am going to get some stuff to put in the basement as a back up plan.  Here is what I did last night Shadow boxed - throw punches without hitting anything.  Sit ups and push ups on my ball 40 mins on the treadmill on an incline of 8 So my friends, do you like my sense of humor?  You know the smile with the sunglasses Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on and make me feel better.....let me see you guys and gals are getting it and dreaming of those warm summer days where we show off how much we have lost and how much we have toned those bods. Stay Sexy, Strong and Sassy Take care, Kathy

Hi Kathy your cheerful face on your avatar always cheers me up.  No exercise lately for me - life is not going too well and the exercise is the first to go, right eating is the second. I know that it would make me feel better if I exercise, but I can't get my butt in gear at the moment.  I'll push myself into it any day soon, I promise. It's still a priority for me, and I'll get back into it as soon as I can ~ preferable before I lose all that I've gained in the last few weeks of exercising!

I did 30 min on the treadmill, started at 4.5 incline / 2.8 mph and ended up at the end with 8.0 incline/ 2.8 mph. then did 25 min pilates.  that's it.

Kathy and friends, I am so with you on the winter struggle....I find it so much easier to squeeze in a walk or other activities when it's not so CRAPPY OUT! If it weren't for this thread I would be more miserable than ever so let this be my humble THANK YOU for keeping it going. Last night was bowling an surprizing enough my elbow held up pretty good.  My PCP wants me to see an Orthopedic Dr about it though. And as a side note, I really focused on my form last night on the alley and now my butt and rear thighs are sore.  I was trying to make the best of it! LOL Tonight my valentine and I are going to the gym AFTER MORE SNOW REMOVAL!!!! AAAAHHHHHHHH!!!! Thank you all for the support and incentive.... P.S. I've finally lost 2 lbs! Hugs and Kisses for Valentines day, Tmac
