I have missed this board!
I haven't really been around since Friday the 8th and I have missed everyone so much. I got hit with an awful chest cold that is still lingering. The 8th was the last day that I was ble to get a walk in and the 11th was the last day I kept my food journal. My aunt died on the 11th and we had to deal with that too. I am back on track today. Looking forward to walking and I have kept my food journal today. I had some weight gain this week and am going to get it under control. This borad helps me so much. On my walk today, I get to try out my heart rate monitor and my new Pedometer and my new running shoes. I am excited. Who would have ever thought that I would miss these kinds of activities? Well...I was wondering what happened to you! And a few others are missing too :(.. Sorry to hear about your aunt. That chest cold is EVERYWHERE! From the east to the west coast! I had just posted that I am rarely sick and came down with a tickly/scratchy cough for a week! Still not as bad as it usd to get but none-the-less...sick!
Glad to see you back in sneaky feet and on the track. You've got such amazing determination! Love it! It's 58 here in VA??? I have no idea where that came from....but I finally got the dust of my sneaks too! My dog was sooo happy mom finally got off her tuffet and got in motion!

I loved my walking stuff! Got my heart rate up and kept it there. I walked 12000 steps yesterday. Cool huh?
