Pam, I doubt that you're done losing.  You've lost a great deal of weight and I think that it's normal for your body to stop for a while, even a few months, before letting the scale go down again.  I know you've heard this before, but it's true:  you're probably losing inches even tho the scale refuses to admit it.  I once stayed the same weight for 3 months and then within 2 weeks, I lost 15 pounds.  Our bodies are strange.  I'm impressed with your weight and glad to hear that you're satisfied.  Satisfaction is hard to come by no matter what a person actually weighs.  Good for you! I think you are plenty motivated...But pain is quite an activity killer!  I suffered arthritis in my knees too.  It's hard to do anything when the pain alone wears you down.  On bad days I just stretched and tried to do floor type exercises that both pushed and pulled my muscles.  It helps... I used emu oil on my knees to help with pain. (BlueEmu)  http://www.blue-emu.com/topten.html  This stuff works IMMEDIATELY to take the edge off severe pain and sometimes it takes all the pain...I use it whenever I get aches. It's wonderful stuff...Truly. You look awesome...I peeked at your profile (I peek at everyone's..I'm nosy)  hehe  You really have come a long way.  Don't feel for being happy with your results! Be happy! You don't have to be a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model...Real women don't look like that! Hugs Anita

It sounds like you're doing a great job to me!!! Look how far you've come already and I don't think that you're done losing. Your body may be in that readjusting phase and the weightloss will pick back up again! You just keep doing what you're able to do. Are you able to do any chair exercises for the upper body? Good Luck and hope to see you around here often!!!!!!!!
