OH my folks.. I got some high protein cereal.. something I have never tried.. well I ate some this morning... well if I wasnt cleaned out I am not.. I couldnt believe it.. I might of lost 5 pounds.. I know to much info..lol.. so I got a shepard pup today.  he is so cute and sweet.  I know I am a big softy, but thats not a bad thing where I am standing.. So here was my day.. not a great one as I was busy with the new pup..

Morning Carla, oh I'm so jealous, I can't remember the last time I rode a horse, I'm guessing 30+ years ago, sounds fun enjoy yourself. I went to lunch with the ladies in the office yesterday, had Mexican food and made the rest of the day somewhat fit, lol.......well expect those Hershey Candies.......they are at my house and kept calling my name.....time to throw them out. Kick those things out.. bad bad bad.  Well it was still way wet to ride so we did other things.  Grandma rented a jumper and we had a bday party for my daughter..    You had a fair day.  little low on protein.. but you arent trying to loose so the calories are ok.  Hope you are having a good weekend.. enjoy. The last time I rode a horse I was bucked off and got an added bonus of a broken collar bone. AND hubby thought I was being a hysterical female and didn't believe me. He said that if I'd broken my collar bone, I'd be in real pain..Hhhm. Maybe he doesn't recognize real pain?  Yesterday is over. I refuse to answer other than the following information:  Calories: 621 Fat: 27 Carbs: 79 Protein: 30 I will try and do better today. I feel better. I feel more in control. Maybe I got my anger back and I've found alittle more "fight" in my soul. I was ready to give up but now I'm back.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

wow one extreme to the other here.. as I get off the floor again.  No wonder your body is crazy.  It never knows whos coming to the table.  lol...  Ouch on the collar bone.. and yes... that hurts.. did you kick him after you proved you were hurt.. men...  Hey I hope you get a few more calories in than that tomorrow... thats like the first month post op.. gotta do more than that.. You know, it is like the first month post op and it wasn't as hard as I thought to do it. I was mad at the world and it seemed like the way to get control back. It worked. Sort of like fasting for religious meditation..I got my anger/hunger back and it feels much better. Although, today I had to go slow because my stomach wasn't ready to feast. It was in need of a slow start so I gave it that. I'm testing out the Celiac Disease/Dermatitis Herpetiformis (CDDH) adjustment that I'm going to have to make and that means NO MALTO MEAL and NO WHEAT GERM...So I'll be better tomorrow (today) I promise.  And yes, when I stepped on the scale this morning it told me 116.2 so I do control my ship and it's function; location and destination...I'm back at the wheel and going on a straight course.

I was JUST thinking of getting a wls get-together for next year planned at a dude ranch... so many formerly obese people would find riding a horse to be a major wow and something they would have never done before losing weight :) I am winging my eats since my journal is on my other puter which is being hogged by a young teenager :P B - omelette (400 cals, 33 protein) L - 2 ham wraps (500 cals, 7 fiber, 30 protein) D - cashews, nachos, protein bar (590 cals, 8 fiber, 20 protien) s - ice cream (280 cals, 2 fiber, 8 protein) s - latte (90 cals, 9 protein) s - all bran buds and milk (185 calories, 24 fiber, 13 protein) Totals: 2045 cals, 41 fiber, 113 protein Have a great time at grandma's :) HUGS PK

Horseback riding, how cool. I haven't been on a horse in over thirty years. The last time I was in AZ I was going to go, because I was finally below the weight limit required at the stables but I didn't want to go by myself. I will have to go the next time I visit.

We are spoiled.  grandma has 4 horses so we go riding every other weekend.  I get to ride if i can get the kids off them.  I didnt like riding until recently when I discovered that it didnt hurt anymore to ride.. that bouncing blubber hurt.. I know tmi..  Well you had a good day.  Made your own latte. sweet.  Seems like an on par day for you.  Little higher than usual but still in your sail path.. Get on that horse the next time... you will love it Carla
