slider foods?
I am 3.5 years out of surgery and fairly successful (lost 90 out of 100), but now find myself gaining a few (9 to be exact) back. I've come back here for some help and find a lot of discussions about slider foods. This is interesting to me, because it explains how you can learn to trick the surgery.
Anyway, I see LOTS of examples of slider foods, but I'm starting to wonder if there is any such thing as a non-slider?? I know solid protein is a non-slider, but what else is?
Thanks!
Karen
Definitely solid protein, vegies, fruits, etc. would be non-sliders.
Yogurt, pudding, ice cream, soups, etc would be slider food to me.

I try to eat some every day. Reminds me to slow down, too.
