Well it is that time again.. Its time to shout out at how we are doing. Remember you are all successes cause you choose the road to a healthier you.. so lets hear how you're doing.. are you loosing, maintaining or gaining.
Well as I am sure my shipmates know my eating has sucked lately so I have run aground with my weight..

darn.. have been keeping it above 120 now for 3 months.. its ok.. I will get it back this weekend.. Still maintaining after 6 months.. thats a good thing..

I knew I would see a drop on that 5dp. That was my worry for you as well.. I struggle with that all the time and actually think all the time about doing the 5dp just to get down lower.. but I know i shouldnt... I want to get to 115 but know I shouldnt. I worry sometimes that I am too skinny. Got lots of bones showing.. I dont want you to get the the same point my friend.. be careful.
