All you little light weights are so cute! I wish I looked and felt good itty bitty! Last week 165 This week 164.9  HAHAHA I don't know why that tickles me silly but it does, my scale is the MEANEST most strict scale you ever stepped on...You'd think it would give me a break and say I'll give you 164...and you just work on the .9 this week!  Oh no!!! 164.9... Heck, I might as well just say 165!!  At least I'm not bouncing around like noramlly with 2-3 lbs!

It's not here yet...Oh but it's coming!  Good thing only my DH can bring out that VERY special b*tchy side that he must love and adore since he just doesn't know when his foot is totally slammed down his throat and it's not my fault!  It's TOM's fault! I am the easiest person to get along with...HE KNOWS THIS!!!  Last night me and my charge card left the scene and went shopping...ALONE!!!! LOL Got a new cute jogging suit.(Okay...I know I am not that ambitious...It's a new "walking suit")  He called me first thing this morning to apologize for being a butt and making me eat a late cold dinner! I knew he would!  LOL He wants to meet me for lunch after my zinc tests today! He's like a burnt marshmellow...All crusty , burnt and nasty on the outside...and all sweet and gooey on the inside. Which reminds me I gotta fly outta here! I want my lab results today!!!!  He's taking me to Panera Bread for a healthy lunch! No more random eating out!  I don't have time to google any menu's for calories!  Yeah...not that I was trying to lower my calories these past two days, I was trying to watch the fat intake and that was really hard since I use olive oil a lot to cook family meals. I learned a lot this last week or two about my meals and how very varied I am at choices. I  don't like the same things over and over and it amazes me how different the numbers are from day to day...I'm glad I'm here!  And you all better be nice to me because I am bigger than you all and I'll sit on you and tickle you til you pee!  Just teasing...You all are great!

TOM to blame here and I am not feeling up to par.  This week has been crazy Last week 192 This week 192 Clothes are fitting better!  Started my weight training so I dont anticipate major weight loss for a bit.  Clothes will be fitting better though!

Very true.. you will not see a drop for a while but when it hits..its very cool.  You are doing so much more than before.. you have gotten on track with exercise and eating... you know that.. and I am so happy for you.. keep it going.. it will happen. Carla

HI Brandi.  There are times like that.. just hate them.. but at least you are not going up.  Just stick to the basics and keep on doing what you need to do.  It will happen.  Trust in the plan..  congrats on the two pounds for the week... lets hope this starts a trend.. Carla
