Last week: 144 This week: 143 I'm off Phase 1 of South Beach, but my water was HORRIBLE this week.  I broke my handy water bottle and haven't replaced it yet...gotta get one ASAP!

Last week I wt160. This week I am down to 150 without tring very hard. IMO it must be the new dance tape I have that. I am doing twice a week. Plus working out at the gym 5 days a week. And ideing my excrise bike five days a week. Plus takeing in mostly all protien and very low carbs. Plus I was put on a new vit four times a day this past week. I am so sorry you are having such a tough time.  Come on hubby get it up and going.. maybe the machine will renew your desire to get that protein in.... you can do it sher you know how.. we are all here with u.. big hug.. Carla

forgot to weigh in Friday but: last week --125.5 (i was a little upset b/c 125 is my scary/upper limit weight:) today (monday, March 3rd--123.5--still a few lbs to goal but better:)
