Friday weigh in
Last week I wt160. This week I am down to 150 without tring very hard. IMO it must be the new dance tape I have that. I am doing twice a week. Plus working out at the gym 5 days a week. And ideing my excrise bike five days a week. Plus takeing in mostly all protien and very low carbs. Plus I was put on a new vit four times a day this past week.
