Freak! How do you just eat less than 800 calories?
I keep trying to make 1000 my max, and just can't do it! Grrrrr!!! :-) Let's see how I do today... I wasn't very good with the water yesterday, so I will try to do better there today... brought some tuna to work. Quick question: nuts... yea or nay? Angie

I have a stationary bike, an elliptical, that big ball thinguie, a weight bench!, free weights, excercise DVDs, tennis racket, rollerblades, plenty of space and great weather for walking... I have HEALTH, I have body parts that work.... mobility... I have EVERYTHING I need...
And yet, I STILL don't take advantage of it all!!!
I start an exercise program and get all pumped up for a couple of days and then......... blah.
Grrrrrrrrr!!!
