I hate when the scale does that.. I actually do this crazy thing when I get on so I THINK it gives me the number I want...lol.. I know its silly but hey.. gotta do it or I will just get back on again.
I think if you go with the lower number next week you will freak out again.. be happy with the two you lost.. that is awesome..

This week 138.8
I have gone back to a commercial weigh****chers program to ensure I am eating enough and not too much. I started yesterday and it is extremely eye opening to see how little I was eating.
This forces me to eat enough on a daily basis and I may actually get to my goal of 130 before too long. As it stands, I have been maintaining my weight at 138-140 since November.
I exercise about 4 times a week and eat a good mix of proteins, carbs, etc and I limit my junk food and sweets.
