Using the Tool-Weight Accountability Weigh-In

After reading Cyndee's post, I thought this might be good for me, maybe others too.  I have found out that RYN has given me a new lease on life, a tool, that I need to be sure to use correctly.  I do need accountability.  I looked forward to going to weekly WW or Penny Praig to be weighed in, well, sometimes before I would fail and drop out.  Anyway...I am going to take Saturday mornings to officially weigh in and evaluate myself a little.  Publically.  Maybe some others would like to join and begin a dialogue of support.  I would welcome that!!!  Lets use the tool and avoid weekly WW fees, we have spent enough $$$ already:)

Here I go!!!   Surgery was in May of 2006.  Starting weight was 264.  Lowest was 146, for a minute. Current 158. I have my sweat clothes on and am getting ready to go to the gym, have not done that in a while.  This week I would like to make a goal to exercise at least 4 times.  Also to watch slider snacks.

Just to let you know Carla posts a weekly weigh in each Friday, that you are welcome to join. It's a great help to have that accountability and we can all support each other wherever on the journey we happen to be, losing maintaining or trying to gain (for some). Also, Kathy posts an exercise daily acountaibility which I find very helpful.  If I have done my exercise it encourages me to keep going and if I haven't it reminds me to do it! If Saturday is your day I'm sure there are people who woudl love to join you.  Good luck and well done on all you have acomplished already.
