It was the day from he$$ and not in a bad way, just so busy I didn't even get my thread going this morning... So to everyone that posts in the AM, sorry...sorry...sorry I hit my boxing class this am and I tell you she really kicks some butt in the AM class.  More so than the night class.  I am going to try and go in the mornings if I can. It was finally warm enough to go for a walk so Rocky and I walked around the lake during lunch today.  I should hit the gym and do my upper body workout but I think I am just going to do so here at home with my free weights. We are going to get a veggie pizza with crab tonight.  It may sound strange but it's very good and I don't eat the crust so it's very good for you So my friends, another week is almost over...Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on and let's celebrate SPRING IS ON THE WAY  Get out the bikes and roller blades and walk the dogs cause here we come Take care, Kathy

Morning Kathy you must be a glutton for punishment - deliberately chosing the tougher class...just kidding, you really inspire me to keep going on my fitness.  Thsi 8 week challenge is getting to me too - I'm pushing my limits and liking what I see.  When is the 8 weeks up - I'm going to put it on my calendar. Thursday, I RAN!!!  almost all the way home from work - that's almost a mile.  That is a major WOW moment for me.  It hasn't taken long to get to that level either.  I was in 2 monds whether to continue runnign or not after my DH comments last time (which he has appologised profusely for and regretted the minute they were out of his mouth), but I thought what the heck, the only person I'm affecting by not doing it is me and my goals, so I actually put my trainers on (whilst still in my business clothes!) zipped up my coat so my girls didn't knock me out while I was running and got stuck in. Then my daughter and I ran home from school - she is great for encouraging me.  3 sets of 20 stomach crunches, and 30 minutes on my stepper. Have a great weekend everyone!

Hi Kathy and fellow movers, Like you I have been REALLY busy and a project at work that is frying my brain. I have a jam packed weekend so I have been busy Wed and Thurs to make sure my chores are done.  I just dont have a good time if I know there is a house full of work. I am working a short day today so I am going to get at least crunches and a walk in and since i did the chores I can maybe get to a class tomorrow. How the he!! do you do it all Kathy?!  They got a boot camp at the gym but I just cant take that yelling at me stuff.  I work out to feel good and have some peace LOL. But each of us does what works.  I think the key is we are doing something! (and much more than 100lbs ago!) Thoughts of spring to all, Tmac
