Anyone using Tegretol?

Hello! I have recently been diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia. My PCP has prescribed Tegretol. Has anyone here experienced this condition and how has it affected your weight loss? Thanks for any ideas/help.

I take liquid tegretol for my seizures. It hasn't made any difference in my weight loss. I've been on it since the beginning. You'll be fine! I'm sorry to hear about your condition.........(hugs)

tegrotol-- type in trigeminal neuralgia vitamin b on your computer. vitamin b supports the myelin sheath and nerves. you may be b deficient. vicki paso

I hat gastric bypass 12 years ago. Now I have Trigeminal Neuralgia type 2. I'm still trying to fine the right medications for my constant pain. Also there seems to be a problem with the absorption of the medications.

What meds do you take now for TN?

just typed in trigeminal neuralgia cavaties - have you had a dental check up or maybe you have cavaties- i had surgery 5 yrs ago and just found out i have 4 bad cavaties from being vit d3 and k2 deficient i also had a pain behind my ear.
