Well hello all.. I have a happy tummy today.. I was a good girl. You will notice the missing nuts and bad things from my choices today. I am happy with my day. Getting ready for tomorrow and coloring eggs with the kids. I am off tomorrow to MIL for an easter feast. yikes.. I hope she doesnt have any nuts there

See that.. got the cals up and the protein up.. yeah for me.. It was a good day. You see the celery and peanut butter... that was my snack instead of evil sf choco almonds..

Hi Carla, I'm ready for bed but my youngest isn't and the Bunny needs to pass. Had a pretty good day, just had about 4 oz of wine with my neighbor friend so I'm really tired now......alcohol affects me allot.

Well I am not so sure raising my calories is a good thing. I got on scale this morning and was 2 lbs heavier than all last week. Making me very nervous seeing that.
I have absolutely no appetite so I really jammed this stuff in me and I don't feel good doing that.

I met up with a girl at a barbeque here in our neighborhood who just had her surgery a week ago. She's at that stage where she's wondering "what did I do?" Perfectly normal. I was able to encourage her. She looks great but mentally, we've all been there..
Yeah on the SF Choco Chunks of Devil Snack...I finished dinner last night and looked around for something more to munch on. A bad habit I've developed..Something more has to be at least alittle sweet. I was sitting at 1900+ calories, what 'something more' can I have? I was looking for the Devil Snacks but they're already in the trash. No dumpster diving for me (not anymore!). So I settled for a wine cooler. Around here their more of a whine cooler.
Here's my day:
Breakfast: Malto Meal, soy protein powder, soy milk, coffee
Second breakfast: 3 egg omelet made w/ spinach and swiss cheese and a small portion of grits
When I'm off on the weekends we like to have breakfast with friends. But we rarely leave the house before 8 am so I have to eat before we leave..Usually around 6 am so I eat another breakfast about 9 am to about 10:30. Usually this means I'll have a small snack for "lunch" later but I have breakfast and snack more than covered when this happens.
Lunch: 1 oz cheese stick wrapped with a slice of Oscar Mayer Salami (beef/pork/chicken)
Snack: SF Chocolate Covere Almonds = Devil Snack. This is what made me so ill..I had to wait till 3 pm before I could walk over to the neighbor's barbeque...I was ILL.
Snack at the bbq: 4 oz of grilled beef strips.
Dinner (really late, about 7 pm) 1 boiled white potato large, 1 slice of cheddar cheese and a concoction of TVP and salsa mixed and heated. Like a veggie chili sauce but chunky. It was pretty good 1/4 TVP and 1/3 cup salsa.
Dessert: about 9pm (later than I usually stay up but we were watching "The Robe" on TBN till 10): 1 wine cooler Strawberry Daiquiry flavor
Totals for the day:
Calories: 2207
Fat: 85
Carbs: 205 (that pesky potato again. good stuff)
Protein: 133
I'm getting really good protein levels, variable fat and carb levels but my calories are staying above 2000 consistantly. It's not working but it's interesting. This morning 120.0 (down another 2 tenths).
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Oh no.. I actually thought about doing that as well.. omg.. itsnt that sad that we would climb in the trash to get the devil evil things out for just a few more. Be strong my friend we can break the demon from us.

Very strange day for me. It was our Easter celebration, I let myself get dehydrated *doh* and I had a sugar crash *doh* and I had a minor binge last night *doh* But all in all it works out in the end. Making sure I drink lots today though :P
Saturday:

Roast turkey, bun with butter, dressing, 1/2 brownie and ice cream (750 cals, 2 fiber, 35 protein)
Snack:

Taco mix and brocoli (400 cals, 5 fiber, 30 protein)
Snack:
cashews, nachos, 4 rice cakes (550 cals, 5 fiber, 10 protien)
