wow sounds like lots of fun.  Not.  Great day for having a crazy moment.. Thats how this weekend has felt to me the whole time.  low on the protein trial but the cals are right up there. Carla

WOWEE..That is a great day you had ...Glad you feel better too... S: 1/2C each coffee and soymilk with 2 protein powders B:1/4C Guacamole and organic blue corn chips  (i dunno what the ???)   L: 7 oz  Lean London Broil and veggies in tomato and paprika base (Crock Pot)     (Loaded with iron!!! yay!) 1/2 tsp coconut oil and vits D: 4 oz ground turkey fajita  (mixed color peppers, vadalia onion and tomato)       Panini Press grilled in a low carb whole wheat tortilla shell with 1/4 C mex cheese blend       to hold it all together! LOL       with a 1/2 C side of black beans      2T guacamole and 1/4 C 2% Fage yogurt S: 1 C coursely cut up strawberies and SF vanilla syrup with 1/4 C 2% Fage Yogurt Stayed away from the Fiber One cereal  (already high carbs from tortillas and beans) I wanted to though...opened the box twice! LOL   Fat: 63.5   Carbs: 116    Protein:133.5   Fiber:36.5   Cal: 1484

Whoo hoo... look at those numbers.  very sweet.  I love looking at what you eat.  you are always changing it up and keeping it interesting.  I am boring with my food... I should just copy paste every day but you.. you keep it interesting.  Some day I may learn. good job Carla
