B:1/4C Guacamole and organic blue corn chips (i dunno what the ???)
L: 7 oz Lean London Broil and veggies in tomato and paprika base (Crock Pot)
(Loaded with iron!!! yay!)
1/2 tsp coconut oil and vits
D: 4 oz ground turkey fajita (mixed color peppers, vadalia onion and tomato)
Panini Press grilled in a low carb whole wheat tortilla shell with 1/4 C mex cheese blend
to hold it all together! LOL
with a 1/2 C side of black beans
2T guacamole and 1/4 C 2% Fage yogurt
S: 1 C coursely cut up strawberies and SF vanilla syrup with 1/4 C 2% Fage Yogurt
Stayed away from the Fiber One cereal (already high carbs from tortillas and beans) I wanted to though...opened the box twice! LOL
