I didn't track yesterday and have no idea......but I do know it was high and yes I ate some candy, way to much sugar which my pouch let me know it didn't like.....I don't normally dump or at least the bad dump some get; very nauseated last night and sleepy so yep too much does it to me. Back on track today, I'm ok with yesterday as I fully prepared myself to go offtrack.  Not sure how the scale will reward me but if it's not good, I know what I need to do to correct it. Have a Great Day!

Good morning Carla :) Well it was a quiet Easter here. We make baked ham once or twice a month so I didnt bother timing it to have on Easter :P I have my nephew here who gets family food at home everyday so I feed him the junk he likes as a vacation from home life, ie pizza pockets, chef boyardi and mac n cheese :P The nephew got sick from eating too much chocolate and I giggled at him... I gave hubby a few handfuls of chocolate to nibble on while he watched his show. I keep the goodies hidden or he will eat a whole bag at once. Yes is is 40 going on 4. I didnt actually have anthing "interesting" for the day. To be honest it didnt occur to me :P Im going to Mexico with Terri R in 16 days and I imagine we will eat plenty of naughty bits of this and that :P we are always in competition on who can eat more (ME!) heheheh I tried a new ice cream, NSA maple walnut, no wake up with low sugar so its just the sugared kind that really buggers my system up. Sunday:

You actually hide it from the kid... DH.. I know that feeling.  I sit in amazement sometimes at what mine puts away and the whole time they are saying.. I am trying to loose 5 pounds.. yeah right. You had a good day.  nice protein and cals for you.  your fiber is usually a bit higher but still a good number. See you tomorrow Carla

Hey Carla, I didn't track my food yesterday.  We didn't do a traditional Easter dinner and took MIL out to eat at Outback Steakhouse.  Did really well until I pushed the limit with one too many bites of steak.....it all came back up about 30 minutes later.  What's the rule on counting stats if you can't keep the meal down?  Anyhoo, felt crappy by the time we got home and I took a 3 hour nap.  Woke up feeling in a crabby/whiny mood, so what did I do?  You guessed it...ate some candy and 10 Almondina cookies (very thin, crisp, biscotti-like almond wafers).  Tried to redeem myself later with a protein drink and some cheese to offset the sugar meltdown.  Glad to be back on track today.

I always wonder about how to track that too.. its not there anymore but I am sure I got some so I usually count the whole thing like I ate it.  lol.. well I did eat it.  Sounds like a lot of rationalization on your part there... opps on the candy but a protein shake will make it all better.  hehehehe.. been there done that. Hope you are feeling better.  I usually feel bad for a few days and things dont sit right if I am not careful.  Hope you dont have that same problem. See ya tomorrow with some tracked food. Carla

It was my first Easter with no family...Son in the army...daughter at her boyfriends for dinner...So I made a roasted chicken and mash pototoes for DH (His favorite meal)  I have not had mashed potatoes in many many months...I can't even remember...Ahh...Thanksgiving!  Well as usual they got stuck along with the dense chicken and I could not eat anything after....Never had my salad or veggies!   But later....I had a skinny cow ice cream sandwich!  When I went out for potatoes...I found a SF low fat version Skinny Cows!! I was thrilled!  I thought they would taste terrible, but it was really pretty good! A little over splenda sweet but 3/4 less sugar as the last ones I bought! YAY!!!! B: 1/2C Coffee, 1/2 C Soymilk, Full protein powder 1/2tsp Coconut oil and vits L: 1 1/2 C London Broil stew from yesterday S: 4 oz glass of red wine  (Felt a little too dizzy) So I ate two boiled eggs and had a hard time getting the second one down...ouch Hiccups afterwards D: 4 oz Roasted chicken breast w/ 1/2C whipped potatoes (milk and butter) Potatoes got stuck then got the hiccups again which lasted near an hour!  Couldn't eat anything else...Too much dry food! S: 1/2 C Fiber One (finished most of it, counted it all..... hiccups again!!!! UGH!!!!...) Late snack : Sugar Free (splenda) Skinny cow  vanilla ice cream sandwich Fat: 53   Carbs:133.5    Protein:115.5   Fiber: 24.5    Cals: 1311    Sugars: 12.5

do you get hicups if you eat to much.. I do too. i also burp when i am full but if I ignore it I end up with a mess.  soft foods end up being hicups. lol.. Sounds like a nice day with no kids.  Having four myself we went to MIL and she bought them all kites.  So I watched and they flew them all day.. of course I get to cook.. lol..   I will have to look for those skinny cows.  I use to eat them but cant handle anything thats not sf. You had an awesome day even with the stuck food.  Chicken can do that to you if it is the slightest bit dry.  In all you still had a great plan for the day. See ya tomorrow Carla
