I do this now and then too...I think many of us have our bad days...I have at least one a month...sometimes two!  Sometimes...I have one a week!  Allow it and let yourself just be perfectly humanly flawed! Forgive yourself...You recognized it for what it is...now forget it!  Move on...Take a deep breath...(Unless you are dropping stinky bombs) hehe....Get back to what you know works and you are going to be FINE!! I think about these kinda days all the time.....I cannot go into the stores until all that excess Easter candy is gone...Once it goes on sale...OMIGOD!  Help me!  So you reminded me that I do not need to go near Target or Walmart anytime soon!  I hope you feel better now that you let it all out and found that many of us totally understand...and if we forgive you than you can forgive yourself  too! You are you own worst critic!  Remember that...and chances are great that if it gets hard for you...it gets hard for many of us too! Hugs Anita

Hey dno't think or yourself like a failure...sh*t happens..and sometimes you fall off the wagon...it's time to get back on...think of it this way...your not on a diet, so to "cheat" once in a while is normal.  I'll probably be flamed for that...but hey...people think they had WLS so they will never eat a chookie again.  Do you really believe that?  I mean granted you can't live on cookies, and need protein first..and all that stuff, but do you really think you'll never eat fast food, you'll never have something sweet?  COME ON!!!!! When I was in the weight loss phase I use to go  through a carb detox if I was eating too many carbs....I'd start by  cutting out all simple carbs for 3 days.  Something about 3 days and just eating protein helps cleanse the body and it makes your cravings go away.   most importantly stop beating yourself up!!!!!
