Well I did get to my boxing last night but not to the gym this morning. I hope to take Rocky for a walk later as it's suppose to be nice today and then back to sleet and snow tomorrow and Friday.
Let's do biceps! Here are some great moves that will help you get ready for the sleeveless tops this summer. We will do triceps tomorrow
Biceps - try different weight to find your beginning weight
Barbell curl - I think the lowest weight on the bar is 20lbs, if you find this to heavy to start, you can do dumbbells Try 3 sets of 6-8 to start

When I am a good girl, here is what I do:
Monday - Back/Hamstrings/Calves
Tuesday - Cardio
Weds - Shoulders/Triceps/abs
Thurs - Quadriceps/Glutes/Calves
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Chest/biceps/abs
Sunday - cardio
When I go to my boxing class we do abs and such also... So you can do them more than once a week. Start out slow and see how you feel!

Hi everyone
Today I went with my family to a park so walked about a mile around there having fun. It is so wonderful to be able to run around with my daughter now rather than puff along trying to keep up pre wls.
I finally took my measurements today so I can tell if I'm losing inches even if I'm not losing pounds. I've been meaning to do it since wls, but better late (almost 2 years late!!) than never I guess.
I don't know whether to hug you or put on the gloves and go a few rounds with you. You had to bring up the sleeveless thing didn't you??? LOL! Actually I have a torn rotator cuff so you could probably take me no problemo. I haven't been able to swim, and my arms and midriff are starting to look like the marshmellow peeps I ate over the Easter weekend. UGH! I'm seriously thinking of lifting with one arm, and then standing sideways alot.

Couldn't get into my work out today. Walked 4 laps, then ran 2 laps, then alternate runuing and walking every other lap. probebly did 5 running and 6 walking. Then I worked upper and tried 2 more lifts, did 3 sets of 12 each. Ended with 30 minutes on the bike at almost 15mph on the strength setting. Total workout was 65 minutes, average heart rate was 151, max heart rate was 189. 9537 steps today. Then later I played 3 games of pool,shot OK.
Gonna do a few abs and get to bed.
O ya, I bought a tape measure and will take measurements tommorow.
