Are you book marking all these exercises?  I hope so, you will find them very helpful

Rocky and I tried to go for a walk yesterday but he had to be carried more than walking.  He was so excited as he LOVES to walk. We see the surgeon next Thursday to find out about his little leg.  If I could have just 5 mins with those *******s that hurt him, I would take my boxing/kickboxing to a whole new level

I also hit the gym and did my back/shoulders/chest workout....  Here is our 3 in the series of examples for working our body parts.  Lets do triceps....the back of the arm.

Hi Kathy glad to hear Rocky is beginning to mend - and that he is excited about getting out for a walk, even if it is a little step and was carried - it's still progress. Walked around the stores today - must have been about a mile, but not really a cardio workout!  I got back into my stepper tonight - haven't done it for a few days and boy can I tell the difference.  Only managed 15 minutes, where I've been up to 45 minutes before.  Also did some stomach crunches too.  I'm still at 20 - wanna work it up to 50 if poss by the end of our challenge!!  Started at 10 or 15 can't remember.  So a long way to go, but if I aim got the moon I might reach the stars :o)

Hi Kathy, Where is everybody?  Here was todays workout: Walked 4 laps, then walk/ran every other lap to 26 laps for a total of 30 laps. Ran 1.3 miles. Did lower body, 3 sets of 12 and added a new lift. did 3 sets of 20 on abs and finished up with 5 minutes of bike. Average heart rate was 151, max heart rate was 177. Total work out was 71 minutes. Stepped 10231 today.  Thanks for the links,  Gives me lots of ideas. Dana
