Newbie to the WLS Grads!
It's nice to see you again. You've done a fantastic job, so you should be fine if you just keep doing like you've been doing. I found myself getting some hungrier as I got a little further out, but so far I've been able to eat the right things (mostly) and not regain. It's a day-to-day thing, I guess.
Welcome to the grad board, congrats on your success.......not sure on how to get the century card, I know OH was making a card for us to create our own but I haven't looked to see if they completed this step.
As for losing and adjusting.......keep doing what you have been doing, make good choices 90% of the time, journal and document your eating; it will allow you to figure out (or maybe not, I'm still trying) what works best for you.
BTW I'm a little over 3 years out, trying to maintain.

Here ya go! http://swords.cc/ohcc/oh_card.html <-----design your own
A welcome present I found somewhere ???? (probably in an old post) and thought I'd make my own! But never did! LOL
Congratulations on your continued success! It sounds like you don't need any advice except just keep up the good work and enjoy your life! The only thing I would say at all is to keep an eye on any gain and get it under control with great determination or it will add up and become overwhelming...Once you realize how much control your pouch really does give you, you can keep it in check...But once you start letting it get a little out of control, it is so hard to garb it back, because the first thing you want to do is the old things that don't work! So follow your pouch rules and you'll be fine...expect some rule breaking and even allow it in moderation now and then and you never feel deprived.
In other words...if you ever have a bad day..Let it be that one bad day and start fresh in the morning with a better week! :)
Hugs,
Anita
Always nice to "see" someone new! Welcome to the board. I totally agree with aqll the previous advice: Keep doing what you're doing. Stay honest with yourself. Don't let one bad day start a landslide. And, my personal piece of advice. SMALL indulgences are okay. Stay sane, allow yourself to make mistakes and learn from them. Any time you start looking at yourself and making the "unhappy" face, it's time to look at some before pictures and re-evaluate WHY you did this. And go over how FAR you've come!
Extra advice, exercise at least occasionally. Apparently building muscle and staying hydrated helps skin snap back. I personally am trying this now, and though my poor skin'll never be the same I HAVE seen some tightening I thought was impossible.
